Roof inspection

Temperature swings are hard on a roof. Even with no visible leak inside, water that seeps into the cracks degrades the materials and ends up attacking the elements underneath the structure: insulation, concrete, structural members. Leak detection

Water infiltration gives no warning: by the time the stain shows on the ceiling, the damage behind it is already done. The thermal camera helps identify thermal anomalies that may be consistent with hidden moisture behind the finishes, without destructive investigation: the building stays intact, no demolition and no exploratory repairs.

We identify thermal anomalies associated with moisture intrusion, correlate them with visual observations and site conditions, and trace them back to the probable origin. You see how far the water has spread and where the wood is at risk, before it turns into a claim.

Electrical inspection

Electrical inspection by thermography is predictive maintenance: connection faults, insulation breaking down and overloads all show up as heat before they fail. Switches, transformers, motors, breakers: anything running hot stands out in the image.

This type of inspection is also requested as part of preventive-maintenance programs, risk management or insurance requirements. Once the problems are identified, you fix them precisely, before the outage or the fire.

Heat loss

How soon do we receive the report?

The delivery time is confirmed as soon as the survey is planned, based on the size of the mandate. A manager needs to decide fast, and our analysis method is built for that.

Can you cover a portfolio of several buildings?

Yes. For large roofs and multi-building sites, we add drone thermal mapping to cover more ground faster and more safely.

Does the survey disturb our tenants or our operations?
