Only what is needed to review a project inquiry:
We do not ask for government identification, birthdays or any other sensitive personal information.
To review your project inquiry, assess technical requirements and service availability, and respond to you. The form is not used to send marketing newsletters, and there is no pre-checked consent box.
Form submissions are delivered by email to Équerre Inspection through a third-party form-relay service and may be handled by the marketing service provider that maintains this website on Équerre’s behalf. The information is not sold or shared with other parties.
For as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and, if a project goes ahead, for the duration of the project file. You can ask for deletion at any time.
This page uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement. These tools set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed, interactions with the inquiry form and the WhatsApp button, approximate location, device and browser type. We use this data to measure the performance of our advertising and to improve the page. It is processed by Google under its own privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on; the page and the form keep working without them.
If you contact us through the WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta Platforms under its own privacy policy. The number you message from is used only to reply to your inquiry.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by writing to joffrey.lajoie@equerreinspection.ca.
This notice is a working draft prepared for the market-evaluation phase. It will be reviewed with a Philippine legal adviser before Équerre routinely contracts for services in the Philippines.
